The Resonance School Code of Ethics

Please read the follow Code of Ethics before beginning your course with Resonance School of Homeopathy.

All students must agree to the Code of Ethics in order to participate in the Resonance School.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Resonance School of Homeopathy (RSH) Code of Ethics is to ensure that RSH students understand and adhere to the standards of behavior, attitude, and growth expected of them while they are attending RSH. These standards will directly contribute to the ability of RSH students to competently and ethically apply the principles of the art and science of homeopathy.

PRINCIPLES

1. Continuous spiritual evolution will be demonstrated (by speech, attitude, and behavior). Spiritual development is considered to be a cornerstone in the process of becoming a master.
2. Harmonious relationships will be in evidence with participants (persons who have agreed to appear before the school for the benefit of RSH students), with other students, with all members of RSH administration, with Robert Field, and including all individuals or organizations related to, connected to or having business dealings with RSH in any way. Any attempt to hurt or cause discomfort to any of these individuals connected to RSH will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of the status as student at RSH. Good relationships among the students, with the school administration, and with Robert Field are conducive to the experiential style of learning at RSH. The ability to get along with others is an essential part of developing a high level of mastery.
3. A positive attitude will be displayed both in class as well as in all other contacts with the school (including contacts with the participants, the other students, RSH administration, and Robert Field). A good spirit, a positive viewpoint will be reflected in challenging situations (such as acceptance and expression of constructive suggestions, acceptance and expression of divergent opinions, etc.) as well as in the routine activities and discussions expected of RSH students.
4. The student will comply with study assignments and general guidelines of study as directed by Robert Field. (For example: assigned books are being read, assigned subjects are being reviewed between classes, etc.) Assignments given by Robert Field are designed to enhance the learning and deepen the understanding of homeopathy.
5. Everything discussed or presented at RSH will be strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, anything said by or about participants, participants family members, paper cases, students, or students family members. Protection of confidentiality means that written permission of individuals is required before information about them, information that identifies them (such as first and last name, employment, visual images, etc.) can be shared outside of RSH. This includes verbal discussion, written materials, audio/video tapes, etc.
6. Each student scheduling participants to be seen in class will adhere to the protocol for doing so established by Robert Field. The conduct and verbal contributions (questions, comments, observations, etc.) of RSH students while a participant is being seen in class will meet the highest level of professionalism.
7. There is a 6 class day probationary period. At any time during or after participation within the first 6 class days it is observed that the student does not meet expectations of behavior and professionalism required by RSH, there will be a termination of their status as a student at RSH.
8. Some of the material taught by Robert Field, former student of Vega Rozenberg, is derived from the teachings of Vega Rozenberg, Chancellor of Evolution of Self School of Homeopathy (ESSH). All information, knowledge, and/or written material of any kind compiled by, taught by, or distributed by Vega Rozenberg, is proprietary, confidential and for private use only, except that which is in the public domain. It is clearly understood that any and all such material or information from lectures, handouts, audio tapes, video tapes, etc. given to any and all students, is only for application in their own learning, and mastery. It is also clearly understood that no one other than Vega Rozenberg (except with Vega Rozenberg's written authorization) is permitted to teach, share, or distribute such material or information; and that individuals doing so could face disciplinary action up to and including removal from RSH, as well as possible legal action against them. Any lists of books or movies which originated from Vega Rozenberg's teaching, Vega Rozenberg's Boxes and special rubrics lists, Vega Rozenberg's Essences may not be duplicated, copied or distributed in any way, shape or form without explicit written permission from Vega Rozenberg. The specific Vega Rozenberg method of selecting potencies, changing potencies and understanding aggravations; the Vega Rozenberg spiritual method of doing homeopathy and selecting remedies are just as protected from publishing, copying or distributing as any other materials mentioned in this contract. Having received such material from Robert Field does not absolve one from the obligation to protect such information and refrain from breaking this contract. The express written permission by Robert Field will still not permit one to publish material from Vega Rozenberg, not by way of excuse or misunderstanding. Any exceptions to this principle must be obtained in writing from Vega Rozenberg. Vega Rozenberg may search for legal remedy should his material be reproduced or distributed without his express written permission. Any material, which in time will be developed by Robert Field, which was not acquired through Vega Rozenberg, will require the express written permission of Robert Field to duplicate or distribute.
9. Students who earn the certificates will hold RSH and all its agents harmless from any / all liabilities in civil actions brought against them associated with any / all training received at RSH. In the event of litigation as a result of using the diploma to misrepresent himself/herself as licensed, the certificate recipient will provide attorney fees for RSH, if applicable. Students receiving certificates will not represent these certificates as a license to practice medicine, or a license of any other kind; nor will they use certificates to hold themselves out to the public as licensed physicians or pharmacists. Training at RSH in Nevada is for personal edification only.

Agreement

I have read and agree with the RSH Code of Ethics. I understand that if I do not comply with the RSH Code of Ethics, I may face disciplinary action up to and including termination of my status as a student at RSH. I understand that (with one exception*) Robert Field is the absolute and final authority with regard to RSH disciplinary actions related to RSH Code of Ethics violations; and any final decisions concerning the school. I understand that Robert Field, can never be voted out, or replaced by anyone; and that the right to all decisions related to the RSH Code of Ethics and RSH rest solely with him (with one exception*). *The exception relates to RSH Code of Ethics violations concerning Vega Rozenberg’s material, in which case Vega Rozenberg is the final authority. By clicking the I Agree box below of agreement to the terms of this RSH Code of Ethics indicates understanding of and willingness to be responsible for any and all legal fees that may result from not adhering to the terms of this contract.
